Ed is a Marriage and family Therapist Intern who provides psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, families, children and teenagers. He is passionate and tenacious with assisting individuals to reach their full potential and empower them to eliminate behaviors that aren’t self-enhancing or beneficial to others. He believes that each individual has a purpose, which can be realized through being enlightened of his or her abilities. He treats individual anxiety disorders, depression, anger and trauma. In addition, he helps assists people with repairing their relationships and with healing themselves.

Ed has an A.A. degree from Chabot College in Hayward, CA where he majored in Political Science, a B.A. degree in Religious Studies from Notre Dame de Namur University, a M.A. degree in Philosophy from San Jose State University and an M.S. degree from Cal State East Bay in psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. He holds an Emergency Substitute Teaching Credential where he has been a Substitute Teacher for the Hayward Unified School District for over five years. During the last two years he provided individual, group, families and couples therapy in private practice under a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition, he has worked in group-homes in Oakland and San Bruno as the house social worker as well as registered marriage and family therapy intern providing individual and group therapy to high-risk, social service and probation children.
