I have been with Christian Counseling Center since April 2008 - having served over 25 individuals, couples, and families at a diverse variety of socioeconomic and age levels. Areas addressed include but are not limited to: grief/loss, depression, anxiety, life adjustment, family of origin issues, and substance and behavior addictions.

I graduated in June 2008 from Western Seminary with a Masters of Arts – Marital Family Therapy degree and an Addiction Studies Certificate. I interned 3+ years at New Life Community Services, an adult drug and alcohol addiction recovery treatment center in Santa Cruz, CA, as an individual and group counselor for residential and outpatient clients. Topics of focus covered with clients included: addiction recovery, relapse prevention, grief, pain, anxiety, depression, and family of origin issues.

I currently also work as a Case Worker at a local nonprofit in one of its residential group homes with chemically dependent and behaviorally challenged adolescent boys. In my free time, I love to play and watch basketball, fellowship with loved ones and friends, and dote on my niece, nephew, and godchildren. Last, but not least, I am hoping to make it to games at all of the professional sporting venues in the four major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL) in my lifetime.
