Facing conflict, stress and pain in personal or work relationships can be challenging. Facing conflict, stress and pain with a trusted counselor can open doors to healing, new ways of relating, and lasting, satisfying change. Stacy is no stranger to conflict, stress and pain. She comes to the field of counseling after many years of her own work in therapy, and has developed compassionate and understanding ways to help others grow through their own experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, she played collegiate and professional volleyball and was a carpenter for 15 years.
