I am a licensed Marriage and Family Christian therapist who works with individuals and couples.

At times we need help sorting out life’s complexities. The help of a skilled therapist can assist you in finding success with your work and relationships. The therapeutic process helps to restore and reframe that which was lost or stolen. A new view is embraced and an entrance is gained in areas that may have been locked in your life before. A redecoration of one’s life begins as each individual begins to embrace their true self. You may have rooms in your life that may need to be redecorated, such as an "anger room" that needs to be remodeled with joy or an "anxiety room" that needs redecorated by the peace of God. For some people counseling becomes an "extreme home makeover".

The journey in preparation for this work included:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from San Francisco State University
• Training in spiritual and Christian counseling at the University of the Nations – YWAM, including living overseas as a missionary
• Studies at Simpson Bible College in Biblical foundations
