Lori is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern practicing at Christian Counseling Centers' San Mateo office since 2008, She is trained in individual, couples, and family/child therapy. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from San Jose State University and her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MS MFT) from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. She has also trained at Notre Dame De Namur University in Belmont, California in Art Therapy.

Lori has had diverse experience in counseling adolescents and children. She has been a therapist for at- risk youth in the Foster Care system, Residential Treatment Centers (group homes) Wrap-Around diversion programs and Student Ministries.

Lori is also a member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage Family Therapists)
