Michelle Kwok is an adult psychiatrist with an interest in working with patients who wonder if and when medications might be helpful. Utilizing her understandings of psychopharmacology, as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dr. Kwok formulates a specific treatment plan for each patient.

Dr. Kwok began her medical training at New York Medical College and finished her psychiatry residency at San Mateo County Mental Health Services. During which she worked at a variety of clinical settings, including Kaiser Permanente, Stanford University Mental Health Services, and San Mateo Medical Center. She had also been an Associate Medical Director at El Camino Hospital’s Behavioral Health Services.

As a Christian and a psychiatrist, Dr. Kwok enjoys working with patients to determine how one’s faith can work in conjunction with neurochemistry to overcome mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. She worships at Grace Presbyterian Church in Palo Alto.
