Varinia Peridon is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento where she obtained a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy. She has worked in the social services field for the last eight years and is devoted to helping individuals, children, families, and couples heal from past abuse, chemical dependency related issues, and psychological disorders. Varinia was trained as an intern in women's ministry and is passionate about serving people in their journey of spiritual, chemical and emotional recovery.

Currently, in addition to working at the San Mateo office of Christian Counseling Centers, she works with adolescents in a residential drug treatment facility and with women in recovery. Varinia has experience facilitating a drug prevention group for middle school students and a drug intervention group for teens.
